To Love ...

We all have a great capacity within us to love.
Love is a quality essential to everyone, regardless of where they live, what they believe, what they like or what their religion.
We cannot survive without love, even those who have never known parents/siblings or a romantic partner; because love begins within.
Although you may not like yourself from time to time, you do love yourself.
Even the smallest atom of love exists with us, because we are divine creatures, created by God's love and through his intercession we are here on Earth to experience so many wonderful things and journey an adventurous path.
Open your heart to love and begin by loving yourself a little bit more each day.

We are not accountable or responsible for others' moods, emotions, conditions or point of views.

They choose how they are feeling or responding to you and your responsibility is to choose what is best for you. We can of course have 'off' days but the key is not to let it ruin your peace of mind or cause you to be offensive or judge yourself in negative ways.
Let it go.

Don't allow it to over run your day.
Ask Archangel Michael to detach all the negativity from the situation, or other's words and hand the situation over to the angels so they can help the individual or situation result in the best way for all involved.

Lessons

There are many lessons in life and we all have a varying amount of them to accomplish.
Life lessons are chosen paths and choices we have chosen to learn and accomplish in this lifetime. Many will find that certain circumstances or events keep recurring in their lives.
The reason that this happens is that until we accomplish the life lesson and learn its important points, the lesson will keep repeating until we recognise the traits and situations for ourselves. It can be easy to look back and see with hindsight that we should have made a different decision or a different choice. However the lesson is recognising that this is important and acting in the proper way to accomplish the lesson.
We may have to look at old habits that are resurfacing and allowing us to repeat the old patterns of thought and behaviour that keep the recurring cycle going. We must choose to investigate our true reasons and acknowledge that the next occurrence will be the last as we accept we need to learn this important lesson so we can move forward in a positive way in light and love.

Be the light in someone's day.
Share your gifts, compassion, love and grace and allow others to see that there is always more, that there is constantly hope.
Encourage others to always look on the bright side and remain positive.
If at first you don't succeed, always know that there is always another way and another day.

I am all that I can be.

I am perfect, now reading these words.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be, doing exactly what I am supposed to do.

I am encircled by love and light and I know that I am safe.

I am in the light and always have been.

I am a child of God, safe in his care and guidance, always.

I am happy, here in this moment.

I am grateful for all the joys and blessing in my life.

I am accepting of all the people in my life and for who they are.

I am gentle with myself in all ways and allow myself to love me, now.

I am me, perfect in every way that God made me; for his chosen design is flawless.

I am me, happy in all ways, for all that God has given me.

I am me, content with life and all living things in my world.

I am me, sublime in design and creation.

I am me, filled with life and love and burning with Divine Light.

I am.

A slow, dark day when you're in desperate need of human touch, to connect with another and to share your love, stories, worries or woes.
