Laughter is great for the Soul.
It lightens your mood, relaxes you and helps you to unwind.
I find children's and babies laughter, full of innocence, wonder, expectant delight and lightness. Its pure energy produces love in sound waves that wash over you and leave you feeling light and fluffy - just like a cloud. Passing by a school ground and hearing the children playing and laughing is such a wonderful thing to experience.
Angels love laughter and they really enjoy joining in when we are laughing.
