We only need to look inward to connect with the Divine. We can search throughout our lives for a message but it is only when we silence the mind and connect with our souls that we allow ourselves to commune with the Divine.
Meditation is a useful tool to help us stop the mind chatter which allows us to connect with the divine. Our hearts open and fill with divine love and grace. We only need to look in our hearts and connect with our divinity to answer any questions we have.
We should all practice forgiveness in our lives, but this can be an awful lot easier said than done.
In today's Free Angel Card (23/04/13) we receive the angelic message posted below.
Today's card can be a difficult area for us to deal with. It is only human nature to hold on to hurts and disagreements. However as the saying goes -'to err is human, to forgive is divine', comes to mind as it takes a lot of wisdom and an open heart to forgive others. To allow you to move forward and not continually cycle in negativity the Angels ask that you forgive the situation, you don't have to forgive the hurt or the individual who has caused it. Open your heart and forgive today, it will help lighten your load and break the chains that hold you.
By allowing ourselves to forgive we release stagnant situations that have held us tight for a long time. It allows us to move forward and let these bonds go, allowing ourselves to be free in mind and body of the situations.
The goal is not to excuse any harm done to you or forgive the person(s) involved but to acknowledge that the event has happened and is in your past now. You acknowledge any lessons associated with these event which has allowed you to grow and overcome and let go of the fear that surrounds it.
In forgiveness you find your future; a clear and present dawning ahead of you as you finally let go of the situation that has held you in a tight fearful grip.
Release yourself and step into your future today.

An easy way to clear your mind is to light a candle and stare at the flame.
You may find random thoughts float into your mind. Try not to focus on the thoughts just acknowledge them and move back to focusing on the flame.
Breathe slowly and practice a couple of times a week. You will find next time you meditate it will be easier to clear your mind and focus on your meditation.
