Stilling the mind and allowing ourselves to be in the moment, where nothing else exists but that moment, is one way of moving closer to your inner guidance, wisdom and intuition. We can still the mind through meditation, yoga, or simply sitting in nature and allowing all worldly events, sounds etc to move away from us. Here in the stillness we let go of everything – all aspects of ourselves and the place we are in, all aspects of time and space and we just are – there in the moment.
In accessing this stillness or space we not only let go but we release negativities, low emotional states and darknesses that linger around us, we raise ourselves to higher dimensions and light and allow everything else to melt away. In releasing all we also open our minds and bodies to love and deepen the spiritual connection to the universe, God or divinity.
